The “floating” restaurant in Tarlac

The instagrammable floating restaurant in Gerona, Tarlac, that’s the impression that Isdaan has left on me. A wide-spaced food establishment surrounded with humongous statues, Isdaan is definitely an eye-catching establishment located halfway across the north.

Ambience: ★★★★★

Isdaan is more than just a dining place. Surrounded with colorful and creative humongous statues, you can take a stroll around the place and take photos. If you’re on the process of moving on or if you simply want to just vent your anger, there is a tacsiyapo wall located near the entrance of the establishment wherein you can grab a cup or a TV and throw it in the wall to smash it. Mickey and Donald usually roam around the restaurant too to greet little kids who dine with their families there. This is what makes Isdaan unique, you have a variety of activities you can enjoy during your stay at the restaurant.

Food: ★★★☆☆Price: ₱₱-₱₱₱

Apologies if I haven’t managed to take a photo of the food we’ve ordered, we’re a bit too hungry to even spare a second to take a photo of it. Foodwise though, the taste was okay especially the crispy pata. However, the serving is quite small and the price is a bit too expensive for my liking, but with the unique ambience that the restaurant has to offer, I suppose it is only but reasonable enough for the food to be quite pricey.

Overall: ★★★★☆

Overall, my experience in Isdaan was a fun and a memorable one! Most especially because of the ambiance of the place. Will I come back? Most probably! I’m quite interested in tasting the other food that they have to offer.

Now, If you’re after a unique dining experience, Isdaan is definitely the way to go.
